Basic Exercises w/Bands
The following collection of videos* demonstrate 8 basic strength exercises. Although these videos are all done with resistance bands they could also be done with dumbbells. The only exception to that would be the chest press which requires either a bench or lying on your back on the ground.
Squat
Lunge
Chest Press
Bent Over Row
Overhead Press
Bicep Curls
Seated Row
Tricep Extension
